Your Trusted Expert Submittal Review Services

About Submittal Genius

Submittal Genius is an outsourced submittal management service for subcontractors and contractors across the U.S. We compile, submit, and track submittal packages for firms that don't have the time or staff to manage them in-house, from the initial package through comments, resubmittals, and final approval.

Submittal Genius is led by President Andrea Gossard, who holds a bachelor's degree in Construction Science from the University of Oklahoma and brings 20 years in commercial construction and over $500 million in project experience.

Working with Submittal Genius

Most of our clients are subcontractors. They need clean, complete submittals to keep a general contractor's schedule moving, but their project managers are already stretched across estimating, field coordination, and billing. We take the submittal workload off their plate, whether that means ongoing support or catching up a project that has fallen behind.

Who we work with

How we work

We work inside the systems you already use. Add us to your project management platform, or set up a submittal email address at your company for us to work out of. Because submittal work happens in software and email, we support projects anywhere in the country.

We keep a library of each client's product data, certifications, and warranties, so repeat items go out faster on the next job. Each review package includes a short field kit: a printable summary of key details and installation requirements, so your crew builds what was approved.

Work is priced per project after we review your scope, with monthly retainer services available at a discount.
